Our client approached us with a 2,000 square metre waterfront property that had suffered years of neglect. The existing lawn was patchy and weed-infested, the irrigation system was non-functional, and several large tree stumps remained from previous removals.
We developed a comprehensive renovation plan that included complete stump removal, soil preparation and conditioning, installation of a state-of-the-art irrigation system, and laying of premium Sir Walter buffalo turf.
